Shipping Fee
• Flat Rate Shipping: $6.99
• This flat rate applies to all eligible orders shipped within the United States.
• Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Order Cut-Off Time
• Daily order cut-off time: 7:00 PM (EST – GMT-05:00, New York)
• Orders placed before the cut-off time are processed on the same business day.
• Orders placed after the cut-off time are processed on the next business day.

Shipping Coverage (United States Only)
We currently ship within the United States only, including:
• All 50 U.S. states
• Non-Contiguous States: Alaska, Hawaii
• U.S. Territories: Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands
• Military Addresses: APO/FPO military addresses
International shipping outside U.S. territories is not available at this time.
Multiple Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages due to inventory availability or warehouse logistics.
• You may receive multiple tracking numbers for a single order
• Items may arrive on different dates
• No additional shipping charges apply for split shipments
Delayed, Lost, or Missing Packages
While we work closely with shipping carriers, delays may occasionally occur.
• If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please allow additional transit time
• If a package is confirmed as lost or missing, we will initiate an investigation with the carrier
• Once confirmed, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances
Gailg is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing for U.S. territories, or other factors beyond our control.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
• Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be delayed, returned, or lost
• Gailg is not responsible for delivery issues caused by address errors provided by the customer
• If an order is returned due to an address issue, reshipping fees may apply
