Customers may request order cancellations or modifications within 4 hours of successfully placing an order.
During this 4-hour window, you may request changes such as:

B. Requests After the 4-Hour Window
After the 4-hour cancellation window, orders may already be in processing, packing, or shipment preparation.
• Modifications or cancellations cannot be guaranteed after this point
• If an order has already shipped, it can no longer be changed or canceled
• In such cases, customers may follow our Return & Refund Policy once the order is delivered

C. Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout, including:

E. Orders in Transit
Once a tracking number has been issued and the package is in transit:
• Shipping addresses cannot be modified by Gailg
• Delivery changes must be requested directly with the shipping carrier
• Carrier policies, fees, and approval processes apply
At this stage, shipment control rests with the carrier.
