At Gailg, we aim to provide a fair, transparent, and consistent return and refund process. This policy explains eligibility, timelines, and procedures for returns, refunds, and cancellations.
By placing an order on gailg.com, you agree to the terms outlined below.
A. Return Window (30 Days)
We accept return requests for eligible items within 30 calendar days from the date the order is marked as delivered.
Return requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.
B. Return Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return, all items must meet ALL of the following conditions:
• Condition: Unworn, unused, unwashed, and free from odors, stains, pet hair, makeup, or signs of wear
• Tags & Packaging: Original tags must be attached, and items must be returned in original or secure packaging
• Proof of Purchase: Order confirmation email, receipt, or valid order reference
Items that do not meet these requirements may be rejected and returned to the customer at their expense.
We recommend inspecting your order immediately upon delivery.
C. How to Initiate a Return
We do not include pre-printed return labels.
To request a return, please contact us at support@gailg.com with the following information:
• Order number and full name used at checkout
• Proof of purchase
• Reason for return
• Photo or video evidence (required for damaged or defective items)
Once approved, we will provide return instructions and an authorized return label where applicable.
D. Return Inspection & Refund Processing
• Returned items are inspected within 24–48 hours of receipt
• Approved refunds are processed within 14 calendar days after inspection
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method (PayPal or Venmo)
• Bank or payment provider posting times may require an additional 3–5 business days
You will be notified via email once your refund is approved or rejected.
E. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Gailg will cover all return shipping costs
• A replacement or full refund will be provided after verification
• Photo or video evidence is required for validation
This does not apply to damage caused by misuse, washing, or normal wear after delivery.
F. Return Shipping Costs
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective items
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
• Shipping costs are not refunded for refused or unclaimed deliveries
G. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled within 4 hours of placement for a full refund.
After this period, orders may already be in processing or fulfillment, and cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
H. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
• Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be delayed, returned, or lost
• Gailg is not responsible for delivery issues caused by address errors
• Additional reshipping fees may apply if an order is returned due to incorrect address details
I. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Items showing signs of wear or use
• Items returned without authorization
• Items returned outside the 30-day return window
